In the heart of the East Sherbrooke community, Le Silo wants to be well anchored in its living environment and promotes local commerce. Accessible on foot, by bike and by bus, it is wonderfully well positioned to encourage eco-responsible travel.
Since 2015, Le Silo Épicerie bio bulk has been offering Sherbrooke residents a basket of local, organic and fair trade groceries with minimal packaging..
Simple and varied foods
With its offer of more than 500 bulk products (fresh fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, nuts, coffee, teas, herbal teas, chocolates, flours, grains, spices, etc.), Le Silo invites its community to rediscover the pleasure of cooking in choosing simple, unprocessed foods without chemical additives.

In order to meet strong demand from the borough of Rock Forest, a second branch took root at the corner of rue Fortier and Bourque in Rock Forest in March 2020. It is always with the same values and a spirit of community that Le Silo wishes to immerse itself in this booming district and offer quality products while maintaining a local offer.
